What this notice covers
This notice explains how Metoras Labs LLC handles information on the Metoras landing page and Playground.
Playground lets you try Metoras with sample workflows. It does not require an eBay account, does not connect to eBay, and does not publish listings.
Information we collect
- Email address, verification status, and where you joined from.
- Optional marketing consent, if you check the marketing box.
- Playground session data, such as demo progress, generated demo listings, uploaded or sample photos, and session cookies used to resume Playground.
- Basic technical information, such as browser, device, IP-derived request metadata, timestamps, errors, and abuse-prevention signals.
How we use it
- Send the Playground verification link.
- Let you resume Playground.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve Playground.
- Understand interest in Metoras and the early-access queue.
- Contact you about the demo or early access only when you opted in to marketing.
AI and demo content
Playground may use AI to generate sample listing content and listing improvement suggestions. Generated demo content can be imperfect and should not be treated as a final eBay listing.
Demo content may be stored with your email so Playground can resume and so Metoras can improve the experience.
Sharing
We use service providers for hosting, database, email delivery, logs, analytics, and AI processing needed to run Playground. We do not sell Playground personal information for money.
Your choices
- You can use Playground without opting in to marketing.
- You can opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe option or by contacting support.
- You can ask for privacy help or deletion of Playground data by emailing support@metoras.com.
